Bill has excelled at turning around underperforming businesses, solving growth challenges, and aligning teams. Most recently he led a complete business transformation at Bel Brands USA, putting the company on a profitable growth track while developing and successfully integrating the company's first ever sustainability strategy across five key pillars: environment, upstream dairy, recyclability, nutrition, and people.
Bill Graham (MBA ’00) is a purpose driven leader with a proven track record of success in building and leading high performing teams, creating long term growth, and improving profitability across a diverse range of CPG categories, brands, and business contexts. Bill has worked in leadership positions for Unilever, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Beiersdorf, MOM Group (GoGo squeeZ), and Bel Brands USA. He has extensive commercial and operational experience across food, BFY snacking, plant-based, dairy, consumer healthcare, and personal care product categories. Bill holds an undergraduate degree in economics and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance and marketing from the Stern School at NYU.
