CSB and IRI Study Shows Sustainability is Surviving COVID-19

Recent research by CSB and IRI showing that sustainability-marketed products continued growing during the COVID-19 pandemic is highlighted in a recent Food Business News article. The report tracked sales growth in more than a dozen food and beverage categories; in each case, the growth of products with a sustainability claim outpaced growth in the overall category.
So far this year, sustainability-marketed products have improved their share of the US market by 0.6 percentage points to 16.8 percent in dollar terms.
