In February 2021, Sophie Rifkin, Director of Corporate Research and Engagement at the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business was joined in conversation with Kathleen Talbot, Chief Sustainability Officer at Reformation at the ReWire: Sustainability 2021 An Intervention for Fashion Conference.

Rifkin and Talbot spoke to their collaboration in applying CSB's Return on Sustainability Investment (ROSI) methodolgy through the Apparel Industry Sustainable Strategies Framework to drive impact and financial returns at Reformation.

CSB's ROSI framework helped quantify the financial benefits from Reformation's circularity resale initiative in partnership with ThredUp.
