Lunch and Learn: Stern Energy Efficiency Project with Bright Power
Date
NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business and the NYU Energy Department, with support from Con Edison, are partnering on the Stern Energy Efficiency (SEE) Project to address thermal comfort and energy efficiency within the Stern complex of buildings. The SEE Project involves identifying and implementing plans to address thermal comfort and air quality experienced by the Stern community, help NYU meet its 2025 carbon reduction goals, and present the Stern complex of buildings as a showcase for sustainability.
Students, administrators, faculty and the rest of the Stern community are invited to join us on December 6th to learn about the state of energy management today and the implications for the SEE Project underway on campus. Students will hear from Brian Burke, Director of Energy Engineering at NYU, and the team at Bright Power, a leading provider of energy efficiency, renewable energy and energy management solutions for the real estate industry that is conducting the auditing and retro-commissioning at Stern.
Lunch will be provided.
Please RSVP here.
