Gould Plaza
Gould Plaza is an open air and outdoor space that connects the two main Stern buildings. Find Sternies here catching up over a coffee or lunch at the tables on beautiful NYC days, no matter the season! You'll also find a variety of food trucks parked outside for a convenient meal on the go.
MBA Classroom
The classroom experience at Stern seamlessly links the real business world and the classroom. Our tenured and adjunct faculty bring a diverse range of perspectives that cross all industries and sectors to the classroom which includes their real-time work. Our classrooms expand beyond NYU with our experiential learning opportunities such as Doing Business In (DBI), brand partnerships, and Immersion
MBA Programs - 6th Floor
We offer three full-time MBA programs at Stern: Two Year Full-Time, Focused Luxury & Retail, and Focused Andre Koo Tech and Entrepreneurship. The MBA & Graduate Admissions office is housed on the sixth floor of the Kaufman Management Center (KMC), alongside the Careers Office, Office of Student Engagement, Records and Registration, and more!
Sosnoff Lounge and Matto Espresso
Whether you’re grabbing a cup of coffee at Matto Espresso, taking a study break, meeting a friend, or preparing for a networking event, Sosnoff Lounge has something for you. The lounge was recently renovated and is a welcoming space for the community. Matto Espresso, known for its grad-student-budget friendly prices, serves coffee daily during the school year.
Paulson Auditorium
Stern's hallmark lecture hall seats 300 people and is host to special lectures, LAUNCH, and Passport Day!
Study Lounge
Throughout the building you’ll find study lounges and spaces specifically designed for MBA students. You’re able to book private rooms online or enjoy the public study space with your peers.
Beyond NYU Stern
Washington Square Park
Washington Square Park is a public space and a cornerstone of the student experience with many NYU buildings along the park perimeter. In the afternoons, you will see fellow Sternies spend their lunch breaks and study breaks here.
The John A. Paulson Center
NYU's newest building includes student and faculty housing, study spaces, a Commons area, performing arts spaces, and a fully-equipped athletics and recreation facility with a four-court gym and six-lane lap pool.
Elmer Holmes Bobst Library
The Elmer Holmes Bobst Library holds 3.9 million of the 5.8 million books in NYU’s catalog and is located next door to NYU Stern.
