Dream it Curriculum
Stern Solutions
Stern Solutions is our designed suite of for-credit courses that empower teams of students and faculty paired together to solve real industry business problems in the field here in NYC and around the globe. Whether advising a multinational firm, investing real money to maximize portfolio return, or building a game changing venture of your own, Stern Solutions curricula connects you to real opportunities for you to solve.
These courses enable students to explore how business is conducted in another country and develop a deeper understanding of the issues, opportunities, and challenges faced by businesses operating there. These one-week or two-week intensive programs include classes, corporate visits, speakers, and cultural visits. Currently, DBi courses bring Stern students to countries in Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia & Oceania.
Students can choose from a variety of case competitions hosted by NYU Stern or external corporate partners happening during the year at NYU Stern. Examples of case competitions include The Aspen Institute and The NYU Stern Opportunity Zone Challenge, offered through the Center for Sustainable Business.
