The Change: Studio Vision

With everything from technology to regulation to the nature of work changing rapidly, companies must be able to adapt and are looking for employees who are agile, nimble, understand impact, and can drive change. The Change:Studio is designed for students in the 2 year Full-time MBA program to prepare for careers by developing confidence and skills to thrive in a world of constant change and ambiguity now and throughout their professional careers. 

Students engage with Change:Studio from the moment they arrive on campus for orientation and then select from a menu of options in leadership development, experiential and entreprenuerial programming through the Dare it. Dream it. Drive it curriculum throughout their MBA experience. 

Change:Studio begins at orientation with all students participating in four programs during MBA orientation:

  • Leadership Simulation
  • Social Identity Exercise
  • Inclusive Leadership Training
  • Design Your Life
