Record-breaking attendance at the 15th annual Alumni Holiday Celebration at The Met Museum of Art
—
NYU Stern alumni and guests kicked off the holiday season at the 15th annual Alumni Holiday Celebration, held at the majestic Metropolitan Museum of Art. This year’s event had the highest number of attendees in its 15-year history with more than 1,000 guests.
Stern alumni from classes spanning 60-plus years came out to mix and mingle, and toast another year. Deans Peter Henry and Geeta Menon also participated in the celebration and popular Stern tradition.
The Greek and Roman galleries were reserved exclusively for the event, and attendees mingled among world-class artwork. Guests also enjoyed an array of Greek and Roman cuisine served throughout the venue, finishing the evening with assorted gelatos and gourmet sweets for dessert.
The Alumni Holiday Celebration started in 2001 as a way to bring the Stern community together. The event has become a signature annual tradition, with attendance growing every year.
