NYU Stern Alumni Across Industries Return to Campus to Connect with MBA Students
This fall, alumni from the Stern Executive-in-Residence and Alumni-in-Residence programs were on campus to share career paths and industry insights with MBA students.
According to Kate Gregory, Senior Director of Corporate Relations, “the program is designed for students to connect with business leaders in a meaningful way. It also gives students access to alumni from a range of companies and industries, from media and entertainment to healthcare.”
Stern alumni business leaders are invited to participate in a year-long Executive-in-Residence program to showcase their professional background and commit to two half-day, on-campus sessions over an academic year, as well as a series of 1:1 visits with students.
For students who want to connect with alums who are emerging leaders in their industries, Stern created the Alumni-in-Residence Program. Alumni who graduated within the last decade are invited to participate in industry panel sessions each September and connect one-on-one with students to share further career insights and candid feedback.
Nate Pettit, Vice Dean for MBA and Graduate Programs, met with each group of alumni on campus to share School updates and thank them for participating.
