Event Technology
Stern’s Classroom and Event Technology Group (CETG) provides technology support and solutions for classrooms and special events, including Mediasite recordings, microphone loaners, and setup assistance. Event technology requests for events held at Stern should be submitted via EMS as early as possible, preferably at least one week prior to the event. If you have any difficulty with the equipment the day of the event, contact the Stern IT Helpdesk at x80180 or helpdesk@stern.nyu.edu.
Do you know about the Stern Studio? If you plan to film and/or livestream your event, please reach out to studio@stern.nyu.edu.
Do you know about the NYU Photo Bureau? To schedule a photographer for an event, portrait, or photo project, please submit the online request form.
If your group has arranged for external or NYU (non-Stern) media services, including NYU TV, NYU Media Production, or NYU Campus Media, please contact your Event Consultant and CETG to keep them informed of the arrangements.
