APIDA at NYU Stern brings people together to celebrate and share the experiences of being APIDA in higher education. We foster a supportive community, create impactful cultural and educational programs, and build connections across APIDA student, faculty, and staff groups at Stern and NYU.

Mission Statment
Our mission is to cultivate spaces of celebration and visibility for the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) community, honoring our diverse cultures, histories, and identities. We are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment by amplifying voices, sharing stories, and promoting understanding. Through advocacy, education, and solidarity, we strive to build a space where every member of our community feels valued, respected, and seen.

Create a series of meaningful educational and cultural initiatives for the NYU Stern community.
