About Madeline Grenader:
Madeline Grenader joined the PhD program in Management and Organizations at NYU Stern in 2024. Her research interests are broadly in well-being and organizational culture. Currently, Madeline is working on projects exploring how managers are impacted by helping their direct reports with their emotions and understanding intergenerational tension in the workplace about work-life balance and mental health.
Madeline graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a BA in Neuroscience. Prior to her doctoral studies, Madeline was a project manager at the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit, where she led projects to design, implement, and evaluate nudges to improve health care in the Penn Medicine health system. Madeline has also worked in management consulting at McKinsey.
