Scott Corwin

Strategy & Applied Systems Change Transformation Advisor 


Over his 30+ year distinguished career in consulting, Scott Corwin has worked closely with senior leaders and boards of global organizations successfully undertake strategic transformation to address disruptive change to their sectors, markets, and stakeholder communities.
 
For the past decade, Corwin served as a Senior Managing Director with Deloitte US. He founded and led the firm’s US Sustainability Practice and before that the firm’s Global Future of Mobility Practice. He has been at the forefront of reimagining, reinventing, redesigning how to affect large-scale, applied systems change to combat climate change and create more livable smart cities.  In April 2024, he retired from Deloitte and is now exploring opportunities for his next chapter professionally.
 
Corwin built an extensive library of research and thought leadership around the actions needed as well as the pathways to transition to clean energy, hydrogen, smart mobility, low carbon industrials and built environment, regenerative food/agriculture and nature-based solutions, and transparent and fully functioning carbon credit markets. Sustainability publications include Leading in a Low Carbon Future,  Systems Change for a Sustainable Future, Thinking big in corporate climate action: A playbook on “emergence strategy” and how it can drive systems change, and US Turning Point report and Future of Mobility publications are featured in Deloitte's Future of Mobility collection.

Corwin is a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences including World Economic Forum/Davos, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, The Vatican’s Pontifical Academy of Science, CES, Fortune’s BrainTech, The Aspen Institute, The Economist, The German Marshall Fund, and guest lecturer at many universities.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Corwin was a Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton/booz & co. and before that a Partner at A.T. Kearney in the New York office of both firms. Corwin has a BA from Brandeis University (Magna Cum Laude and with High Honors in Politics) and his MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.
