Demystifying AI Speaker Series: A Fireside Chat featuring Dr. Pedro Domingos and moderated by NYU Stern Professor Foster Provost, the Fubon Center Director of the Data Analytics and AI in Business Initiative. This is an in-person event to be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 6 PM to 7:00 PM EST with a reception to follow. A select group of our audience members, chosen randomly, will be receiving a copy of the book!

Dr. Pedro Domingos is a professor emeritus of computer science and engineering at the University of Washington and the author of 2040 and The Master Algorithm. He's a winner of the SIGKDD Innovation Award and the IJCAI John McCarthy Award, two of the highest honors in data science and AI. He's a Fellow of the AAAS and AAAI, and he's received an NSF CAREER Award, a Sloan Fellowship, a Fulbright Scholarship, an IBM Faculty Award, several best paper awards, and other distinctions.
