On August 5, 6 and 7, 2024 the Initiative hosted its inaugural Bankruptcy Workshop at NYU Stern's Henry Kaufman Management Center.
The Workshop welcomed over 50 participants from a diverse set of financial and legal backgrounds from the US and abroad to participate in a 3-day intensive program led by expert faculty and practitioners. The Workshop hosted two networking receptions for participants including a Judges Reception that included local bankruptcy judges.
