Staff Support
From meals to course registration to class materials, our Academic Affairs and Student Services team manages the logistical details so that students are free to focus on what matters most – work, life, and school. They provide dedicated support in course selection and the overall student experience to maximize the learning and networking opportunities.
Hotel Accommodations
Stern offers hotel accommodation arrangements based on students' distance from the NYU Stern campus in NYC and DC. Complimentary accommodations are offered at an executive hotel near campus on class weekends following the policies listed below.
NYC Hotel Accommodation Eligibility and Policy:
- Students who live more than 80 miles from campus: Thursdays and Friday nights
- Students living between 40 and 80 miles from campus: Friday nights
- Students living less than 40 miles from campus: Hotel accommodations at your own expense
To determine distance from campus, we use the shortest distance provided by Google Maps from 44 West Fourth Street to your permanent address. The Stern Executive MBA admissions team will determine your eligibility upon receipt of your pre-assessment.
DC Hotel Accommodation Eligibility and Policy (Starting fall 2025):
- Students who live more than 80 miles from campus: Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
- Students living between 20 and 80 miles from campus: Friday and Saturday nights
- Students living less than 20 miles from campus: Select accommodations opportunities will be available throughout the year in order to allow for additional networking and community building
