On Tuesday, March 9, NYU Stern's Entertainment, Media & Technology (EMT) Program will host a fireside chat and "Stern Tank" with Mark Cuban.

Excerpt from BSchools-- "NYU Stern’s online master of science in quantitative management (MSQM) is open to applicants of any undergraduate major and level of work experience. The degree provides graduates with a forward-thinking blend of business management foundations, leadership, and analytics. The classes are delivered online, asynchronously, with students attending two immersive four-day residencies on campus. The program consists of 33 credits."
"Dr. Harry G. Chernoff is the deputy chair of the department of technology, operations, and statistics at NYU Stern School of Business, where he is also a clinical professor of real estate and operations management. He received his MS in quantitative analysis and his PhD in operations management from Stern."

DHL Express CEO John Pearson joins NYU Stern Dean Raghu Sundaram in a "fireside chat" to inaugurate the DHL Initiative on Globalization Speaker Series at NYU Stern's new Center for the Future of Management.

On Thursday, March 4, NYU Stern's Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship will virtually welcome NYU alumni, investors and entrepreneurs to the 19th Annual Venture Showcase.

On February 26th, 2021, NYU’s Law, Wagner School of Public Policy, and Stern School of Business will host the annual Social Innovation Symposium. Experts from an array of industries and backgrounds will come together to inspire a new generation of change-makers.

Excerpt from CNBC-- "The American Recovery Act is currently being debated fiercely inside and outside the halls of Congress and one of the topics which has been under much discussion is the extent to which given that we are now below full employment and we have an output gap, given the numbers that are being debated presently in the American Recovery Act and what the implications would be for the increase in GDP that we would see as a result of these fiscal measures, what do you and your colleagues see in terms of the size of the gap we currently have in the economy at present relative to the increase in GDP that would bring us closer to the full-employment level of output, given the numbers that are being thrown around?"

Excerpt from The New York Times-- “Ms. Daly said Mr. Gamble had made a 'material change' at her Fed. And improving is a priority because, as she puts it, ‘policymaking reflects those around the table.’ Mr. Gamble is now in a predoctoral program at New York University. Mentors who helped him along the way, including Lisa Cook at Michigan State University, Ms. Daly at the Fed and now Peter Blair Henry — a leading Black economist whom he is working with at N.Y.U. — were critical links in the chain that is leading him to a Ph.D. His story suggests that diversifying is a matter of tearing down structural barriers that have long shut out talented people of color and offering support and inclusion once they arrive.”
