Taylor Harrington

Taylor Harrington is a community architect, mentor, and advocate for purposeful connections. As the Head of Community at Dreamers & Doers, she leads a private, highly curated community that amplifies extraordinary women entrepreneurs and leaders, fostering meaningful relationships that fuel impact and growth.

Previously, as Head of Community at Groove, Taylor built a global coworking platform that helped business owners and creatives combat the isolation of remote work by fostering deep, intentional connections.

Her passion for community began many years ago, inspired by the concept of *sonder*—”the realization that every passerby has a life as vivid and complex as your own”—she has dedicated her career to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. This mission was central to her work with best-selling author Seth Godin, where she helped design cohort-based experiences for over 25,000 entrepreneurs and creatives through the altMBA and Akimbo programs. There she launched the Emerging Leaders Program, which connected young professionals globally and encouraged non-traditional career paths.

Taylor’s expertise extends beyond community building to designing exceptional customer experiences and creating content that helps customers shine.

A seasoned facilitator, she has hosted 500+ events and workshops with organizations like Creative Mornings, The Growth Faculty, The Future of Higher Ed community, and The Sullivan Foundation. She is passionate about how technology can foster genuine human connection and once designed a virtual conference that “wowed” Zoom’s product team and thousands of attendees.

She is deeply committed to mentorship and learning, having served as a board member and mentor for the Penn State Alumni Association, where she developed personal branding workshops for students.

A frequent speaker, writer, and podcast host, Taylor blends creativity, strategy, and human connection in all her work. She wrote the foreword for *Name Your Work* by Dana Ray and shares insights on LinkedIn about building relationships that matter.

Outside of work, Taylor loves to color, wander into tiny coffee shops, run in Central Park, read on her Kindle, play board games, and find new Airbnbs to visit.
