The Flight School
The Flight School empowers youth stepping into adulthood to rise as the leaders our world urgently needs. By guiding emerging adults across the globe to align their inner wisdom with impactful action, discernment and courage is developed in the next generation so they are prepared to navigate the accelerating winds of change and create a more humane future. The Initiative partners with The Flight School on programming and assessment.
Stanford Life Design Lab
The Stanford Life Design Lab applies design thinking to tackling the "wicked" problems of life and vocational wayfinding. The Initiative partners with the Life Design Lab on our 2025 convenings.
Mountaintop International
Mountaintop International is a nonprofit that builds the inner capacity, or “human infrastructure,” of leaders worldwide in order for their communities to flourish. Mountaintop’s initiatives help individual leaders, NGOs, governments, and other institutions to develop talent and deepen systems change. We partner with Mountaintop on programming and shared resources around encouraging the development of flourishing communities.
