John Soroushian is a fellow at NYU Stern and Senior AI Advisor at FinRegLab. He previously worked at the Brookings Institution, US Treasury Department, and Bipartisan Policy Center. Peggy Yu is the Co-founder and Executive Chairwoman of Dangdang.com. She started the company in 2000 and grew it into the largest online bookseller in China before taking it public on the New York Stock Exchange in December 2010. Yu received an MBA from NYU Stern and has won numerous awards, including recognition as one of the 10 Most Influential Businesswomen in Asia by The Wall Street Journal in 2006 and one of the 10 Best Women CEOs by China Entrepreneur Magazine in 2018.

Professor Paik is an Associate Professor at KAIST (Seoul, Korea). His research focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy, and how they are interrelated with institutions and public policies.

Dr. Li is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab. His research focuses on the effects of technological innovation and adoption on corporate performance, labor market, and entrepreneurial activities. He is also interested in measuring firm-level idiosyncratic uncertainty and its impact on investment and labor reallocation.
