Additional Submissions by Wait-listed Applicants The Admissions Committee reserves the right to make final decisions on wait-listed applications prior to receiving additional information. Materials received after a final decision will not affect that decision. Application Fee You will be prompted to pay the $95 non-refundable application fee after you submit your application. Your application will not be complete until we receive the application fee. Again, the application is non-refundable and may not be applied toward any future applications at NYU Stern or other NYU programs. Application Fee Waivers U.S. military members or U.S. veterans who have served active duty, Teach for America, and Teach for India program alumni, and Forté MBALaunch alumnae are eligible for application fee waivers. Prior to submitting your application, please submit the Application Fee Waiver Request Form for application fee waiver consideration. The Admissions Committee will review these requests within 5 business days. Please plan ahead and allow ample time prior to submitting your application, especially during high-volume times around the application deadlines.
If you are experiencing economic challenges and would like to request an application fee waiver, please submit the Application Fee Waiver Request Form. Requests should include a rationale for the application fee waiver and will be considered by the Admissions Committee on a case-by-case basis.
Current NYU employees are eligible for application fee waivers. Please indicate you are a current NYU employee on the application to waive your application fee. You do not have to fill out the Application Fee Waiver Request Form.

Change of Contact Information It is the applicant’s responsibility to update NYU Stern immediately with a new email address via the application status page. Failure to update your email may result in your missing key information, which could jeopardize your admission and/or place in the class. Changing Status after Enrollment: Part-time to Full-time Stern MBA Academic Affairs does not permit students to switch to a full-time program once they are enrolled in the part-time program or to move from one full-time program to another full-time program. Deferred Admission NYU Stern does not grant admission deferrals. If you are admitted and decide not to enroll, you may re-apply for a future term. In special cases, NYU Stern may admit applicants early to a subsequent term. Leaves of absence are not granted to students who find that they cannot begin the program in the semester for which they were admitted or who cannot successfully complete one course in that first semester (obtaining a grade of C+ or better). All other Academic Affairs and Advising Policies apply. Enrollment Deposit (Non-refundable) After admission, non-refundable enrollment deposits are required to secure your place in the incomingclass. Typically, the first deposit is due two weeks from the date of your admission. A second enrollment deposit may also be required at a later date.
