This year, we approach LGBTQ+ Pride month experiencing an unprecedented wave of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation proposed around the world. In the US, we have witnessed a disturbing trend of lawmakers and political leaders seeking to roll back the hard-fought progress made by the LGBTQ+ community, from so-called "bathroom bills" and “Don’t Say Gay” law to “religious freedom” laws that allow discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals, this wave of legislation poses a serious threat to the rights and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community. We have gathered a panel of experts to discuss the implications of this trend and what can be done to counter it.
