Fertitta Veterans Program

NYU Stern established the Fertitta Veterans MBA Program to support veterans in their transition to business school thanks to a generous contribution from alumnus Lorenzo (MBA ’93) and brother Frank J. Fertitta III. Veterans and active-duty service members of the U.S. Armed Forces, admitted to the Two-year Full-time MBA program are eligible.

Fertitta Summer Program
The intensive summer session is designed with veterans in mind. The program takes place over six weeks, usually from early July through mid-August. The summer programming allows students to get an early start on classes, explore different career paths, and engage with the military community at Stern. At the end of the term, Fertitta students join their incoming Full-time MBA classmates for mandatory LAUNCH Orientation to begin the fall semester. To learn more, visit MBA Admissions

Financial Aid
U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible for federal student loans in the summer semester. To apply, students should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA will be used for summer and fall/spring loan packaging.

Private loans are available to domestic and international students on a semester-only basis or for the full academic year (summer, and fall/spring). Please note that if applying for a summer loan, it must have a summer-only loan period. A summer loan cannot be combined with a fall/spring loan.
