Group Sessions
Deepening bonds and fostering trust among Fellows
Once a month, each section of 12 students spends a full day immersed in experiential leadership programming. Monthly group sessions incorporate group challenges, leadership scenario practice with professional role players, and exercises focused on building self-awareness.
Scenario Practice
The Makhoul Family Leadership Fellows Program practice working through difficult workplace scenarios, be given the opportunity to reflect on their behavior, and provide / receive feedback from their cohort members. Further, they will be afforded the opportunity to test their learning by repeating the experience.
