Aamer Kaleem is a Principal PM Manager with Teams Engineering at Microsoft. His primary focus areas are product strategy, customer engineering & advocacy, and field technical enablement.
Aamer has continuously been recognized as top talent since joining Microsoft back in 2008. He has represented Microsoft at leading industry events, and he is very well known in Communications technology circles as a Subject Matter Expert. Aamer is known for his outstanding skills to articulate Microsoft real-time Communications and Collaboration vision and he has earned great credibility with IT leaders in Fortune 1000 companies around the world.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Aamer was part of Product Management & Engineering team at a global Swiss Investment bank where he led architecture teams in various IT disciplines. Aamer has served as a key advisor to senior IT management on matters of policy, strategy and budgeting related to Datacenter and Network & Telecom technologies.
Aamer is 30+ year veteran of enterprise Collaboration, IT architecture, datacenter design and telecommunications & data networking technologies and he holds industry prestige certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.
Aamer is an ex-Air Force officer and loves everything about aviation & automobiles. He has Master’s degree in Computer Science and Bachelors in Aeronautical/Avionics Engineering. Aamer lives in a small-town east of Seattle, he enjoys playing Racquetball and loves taking long road trips with his family.
