Speaker Bios
Roosevelt Bowman
Roosevelt D. Bowman is a Senior Investment Strategist with Bernstein’s Wealth Strategies Group and provides asset allocation, investment and risk management advice for high-net-worth clients, endowments and foundations. He has 20 years of experience in investment research and portfolio management with a focus on global fixed income, monetary policy, and data science. Prior to returning to Bernstein, Roosevelt was head of foreign exchange trading and strategy at MetLife and a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and his work has been featured in prominent media and economic research publications. Roosevelt received his MBA from Stern in 2009.
Chandra Metzler
Chandra Reddy Metzler has over 20 years of experience across capital markets, banking, insurance and asset management. She has worked at both large public companies, like JP Morgan and AIG, and small privately-held firms. In 2017, Chandra co-founded CM Squared, an independent sponsor of bespoke investments with prospective returns that are generally uncorrelated to the overall markets. Chandra received a Master's degree in Economics from GSAS in 2002. While a graduate student, Chandra was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship. She is a VP of NYU’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.
