Nate Pettit
Nate Pettit is the Vice Dean for MBA and Graduate Programs at NYU Stern, teaching leadership courses across MBA programs and involved with the Stern Chats podcast. His research focuses on hierarchical dynamics and competition, with work published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Psychological Science. Nate serves on editorial boards and has received multiple teaching awards, including Poets & Quants’ top MBA professors under 40 and Stern’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
Beth Briggs
Beth Briggs, Dean of Students at NYU Stern, manages career programming and employer relations for all MBA programs. She guides students in career planning and job readiness, hosting workshops and collaborating with employers to connect them with MBA talent. Previously a Principal at Mercer Consulting, Beth holds a BA from Holy Cross and an MSW from Boston University. She resides in Brooklyn with her family and rescue dog.
Victor Mullins
Dr. Victor C. Mullins is the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at NYU Stern. Prior to Stern, Dr. Mullins was the head of the undergrad program at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia; a Master of Arts Degree in Higher Education Administration at New York University (NYU); and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Higher Education Administration at NYU.
Lindsay Lloyd
Lindsay Loyd is the Executive Director for MBA Admissions at NYU Stern, joining in January 2023 after a 20-year career in financial services. She holds a BA in Economics from Washington State University, in Pullman, Washington, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Lindsay lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog, Oreo. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding with her family, baking a sweet treat, or reading a new novel.
Fatim Lelenta
Fatim’s career has always included working with graduate/professional students. She began her career journey as a Career Counselor at Fordham University where she supported graduate students in the school of education, arts and sciences, and alumni. She then came to NYU where she initially served as Assistant Director of Graduate Career Development at the Wasserman Center for Career Development. She is currently the Senior Associate Director of the Career Coaching team.
Erica Hartsfield
Erica Hartsfield is a Senior Associate Director of MBA Admissions and has worked at NYU Stern for over 5 years on both the events marketing and digital marketing teams. Outside of work, Erica is an avid Chicago sports fan (go Bears!), puzzle enthusiast, history buff, and MPA candidate at NYU Wagner.
Gisselle Lankenau
Gisselle Lankenau is an Assistant Director on the MBA Admissions team at NYU Stern and has been with the university since 2019. Prior to joining the MBA Admissions team, Gisselle worked with NYU Stern’s Leadership Accelerator. She holds an undergraduate degree from New York University's College of Arts and Science and is an MBA candidate of New York University's Langone Part-time MBA program.
Mila Barzdukas
Mila is an Assistant Director in the MBA Admissions Office at NYU Stern. She works closely with all Full-time and Focused MBA programs, and finds joy in helping candidates find their perfect academic fit. Previously, Mila was a Special Education teacher in Brooklyn and holds a Master’s in Education. Outside of Stern, she enjoys playing beach volleyball and moonlighting as a dog photographer’s assistant.
Sita Haddock
Sita Haddock is an Associate Director of MBA Admissions at NYU Stern School of Business and has nearly a decade of admissions experience. She began her career in Portland, OR at her alma mater, Reed College, and then moved to NYC for an admissions position at the NYU Silver School of Social Work. She has guided hundreds of students through admissions processes across disciplines and connected them to the communities they call home. She holds a BA in Political Science from Reed College and an MPA in Public & Nonprofit Policy from NYU Wagner School of Public Service. Outside of work, Sita loves to explore Prospect Park and catch up on the latest Bollywood movies.
Camille Wilson
Camille Wilson is the Associate Director of Strategic Student Communications in the Division of Enrollment Management at NYU. She’s spent the last decade in Higher Education working to nurture and inspire student leaders by supporting their holistic growth and development. When she's not mentoring college students, she's helping her readers toast to life’s memorable moments on her blog: The Cocktail Snob.
Tensie Whelan
Tensie Whelan (NYU ‘80), Clinical Professor for Business and Society, is the Director of the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, where she is bringing her 25 years of experience working on local, national, and international environmental and sustainability issues to engage businesses in proactive and innovative mainstreaming of sustainability.
Sam Chandan
Sam Chandan is the Director of the Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance at NYU Stern and previously served as the academic dean of the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU. He founded Chandan Economics and contributes to Forbes and hosts the Urban Lab on Apple Podcasts. He is active in diversity initiatives including founding the National Symposium of Women in Real Estate and leading the Real Estate Pride Council. Chandan's research spans real estate markets and urban health.
Sonia Marciano
Sonia Marciano has been a Clinical Professor at NYU Stern since July 2007, teaching in the full-time, part-time, and executive MBA programs. She is Stern's academic director for the TRIUM Executive MBA, a joint program with LSE and HEC. Marciano won the 2022 NYU Distinguished Teaching Award and has taught at Booth, Kellogg, Wharton, and Yale, earning multiple teaching awards. She previously worked at Columbia, Harvard's Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, and Kellogg. Marciano holds a BA

Alex is a current Full-Time MBA student at NYU Stern. Chhavi is a current Full-Time MBA student at NYU Stern. She is currently the Assistant Vice President of Tech Treks for the Stern Technology Association (STA), Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Stern Management & Strategy Club (SMS), and the Assistant Vice President of Flagship Events for Stern Women In Business (SWIB). Penny is a Full-Time MBA alumnae.
