The Big Short and Financial Reform panel

The NYU Stern Center for Global Economy and Business hosted a panel on The Big Short and Financial Reform on September 20, 2016. Professor Kim Schoenholtz moderated the discussion, followed by an open Q&A session, featuring Lord Mervyn King, Professor Thomas Philippon and The New Yorker’s Adam Davidson. Davidson spoke about his involvement in the making of the movie while the panelists discussed depiction of the financial crisis in the film, as well as the state of the economy since its debut.
