Excerpt from The New York Times -- "Jeffrey Sharlach, chairman and chief executive at the JeffreyGroup, will also serve as chairman at Pinta. Mr. Sharlach, who founded the JeffreyGroup in 1993, said he had been thinking for a while about taking a step like the formation of Pinta.
