Himelberg Speaker Series: The Story of Chobani Yogurt with Founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya
—
It’s OK to not know exactly what you’re doing. The key is to keep doing and to keep thinking, because something happens in the ‘doing.' - Hamdi Ulukaya
Every seat in Gardner Commons was filled when Hamdi Ulukaya, founder and CEO of Chobani, came to campus to share his story of success. From humble beginnings on a farm in Albany, NY, to leading one of the fastest growing start-ups in the world, Ulukaya is the first to admit that he’s come a long way.
His advice to the room of budding entrepreneurs: “It’s OK to not know exactly what you’re doing. The key is to keep doing and to keep thinking, because something happens in the ‘doing.’”
The event was presented by Stern’s Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation as part of the Himelberg Speaker Series.
