Trust Factor: The Science of Creating High-Performing Companies
—
Date: Thursday, February 23
Location: NYU Stern, New York, NY 10012
By invitation only
The Aspen Institute, in partnership with the NYU Stern Business & Society Program, will host a conversation with two of America's leading experts in psychology -- Professor Paul Zak (Trust Factor: The Science of Creating High-Performance Companies), and Professor Jonathan Haidt (The Righteous Mind: Why Good People Are Divided by Politics and Religion) at the NYU Stern School of Business.
In his new book, Zak presents a groundbreaking blueprint for designing and managing a workplace culture where trust flourishes by celebrating effort, sharing information, promoting ownership, and more. Haidt's research focuses on applying moral psychology to business ethics, asking how companies can structure and run themselves in ways that will be resistant to ethical failures.
