Prof. Nouriel Roubini speaks to Bloomberg Television about the US fiscal cliff

Excerpt from Bloomberg -- "There are three elements of a fiscal cliff that are coming up to debate: one is what to do about the budget for 2013, that's the fiscal cliff debate, then there will be a separate debate about the debt ceiling for the United States, and then the two parties, Democrats and Republicans, they have to reach an agreement also over the medium term fiscal consolidation to reduce the deficit over the next 5-10 years so there are three separate situations in which the two parties are going to be fighting about this budget."
