While metrics are key, be careful not to over-analyze; at some point you need to make a decision and forge ahead. - Chris Golier
As part of the Leadership Case Event series, Stern MBA student teams tackled a real-world business challenge and developed recommendations to share with Chris Golier (MBA '06), alumnus and vice president of mobile marketing and strategy for the National Hockey League (NHL). Hosted by Stern’s Leadership Development Initiative, the event offered students a chance to work on an authentic case at an existing organization and interact with the organization’s senior executive. Golier shared insights about his own approach to the case and answered students’ questions on his business decisions and challenges.
