On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance will host its 3rd Annual Symposium on Innovation and Sustainable Real Estate, in partnership with the NYU Office of Sustainability and the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business.
The 2025 program will address changes in the broader landscape of sustainable finance and investment and climate risk mitigation in the built environment. It will also spotlight the groundbreaking work of the NYC EDC & NYU Stern Building Decarbonization Finance Task Force and the recommendations of the World Economic Forum’s Reimagining Real Estate framework report.
