Greg McKay

Biography

Greg McKay joined New York University Stern School of Business as an adjunct professor in September 2023. He currently is Associate General Counsel at Ardea Partners, a private investment banking advisory firm. Mr. McKay has experience in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private markets investments. Prior to joining Ardea, he was Associate General Counsel at the Office of the Comptroller of the City of New York and an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Mr. McKay earned a B.A. from The George Washington University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
