Cary Krosinsky is a leading educator, author and advisor on sustainable finance, teaching courses at institutions including NYU, Brown, Harvard and Yale University.
As member of the NY State Common Decarbonization Advisory Panel, he helped form the fund’s June 2019 Climate Action Plan, now actively implementing his suggestion of minimum standards and increasing their sustainable investments to $40B, as part of his regularly advising and convening asset owners.
His most recent, 7th book, Modern China, calls for better relations between China and the West for the sake of solving sustainability challenges together, produced with the Sustainable Finance Institute (SFI) where he is co-founder and President.
He is author/co-author of over 40 publications on the intersection of finance, capital and the low carbon transition, is co-founder of the Sustainable Finance Institute, Real Impact Tracker and the Carbon Tracker Initiative, helped found Climate Tech VC (now Sightline Climate), and advises independently, most recently for Robeco and the US Department of Energy.
